Very Poor

The staff were lovely.

The spa staff are exceptional with high-quality services.

- The room had a very strong smell of mould that was impossible to get rid of.

- The food was substandard.

- The sun loungers were not of high quality.

- The beach was full of seaweed (which is not the hotel's fault as tides change, but it was also full of trash, which the hotel can control.

We received an excellent room, with a pleasant terrace and a view of the sea. The hotel and room style reminded me of the Maldives or the Caribbean atmosphere. The food was delicious, there were good programs during the day in the ZEN garden and also in the evening.

We were with my partner and our small dog at the hotel. I can't really find anything to complain about - maybe if the small dog could be with us in more places, for example at the pool, restaurant, and bar. We had very nice walks with him on the beach and would go back again. I could even imagine a heated pool.

Párommal és a kis kutyával voltunk a szállodában. Nem igazán tudok mibe belekötni- esetleg ha a kis kutya még több helyen ,például medencénél, étteremben bárban is ott lehetne velünk. A parton nagyon jókat sétáltunk vele és újra visszamennénk. Egy fűtőtt medencét még el tudnék képzelni.

Really good but a fair bit they could do better

It really is all inclusive with almost all drinks and those in your room fridge included.

We had a sunbeds directly outside our villa that was included but people would grab them as they weren't labelled properly.

Lots of rubbish on the beach

Bar staff seem very overworked, 1 6hours days, and sometimes understandably grumpy or not attentive.

Ability to scan a QR code and order drinks at your table but often ignored if they're too busy.

Made a reservation at one the restaurants and when we turned up they said we'd cancelled. I suggested they might have made a mistake but guest services insisted we'd cancelled and then decided to turn up anyway. Like when someone suggests you've spelled you're own name wrong.

They wouldn't allow you a spare room card so you couldn't leave your fridge on during the day as it needed the room card.

Beds too big for one duvet

Our booking.com deal promised us a free massage but they wouldn't give it to us. However they did give us free champagne and booking in the posher restaurants so fair enough.

Food v varied and great pizza chef

No iron available - a really pain. Laundry service but nothing if you just want to press something.

No snorkels available

Beers were given in 250cl glasses (less than half a pint) and frequently a massive head
