Exceptional

The overall stay was very comfortable, with a wide variety of food, everything very fresh and tasty. Plenty of entertainment options for all generations. Especially liked the work of Katerina, who recommended visiting the Alja Kart restaurant, which left a lot of impressions on the child.

Excellent family break at a fantastic location

We had a wonderful break with my family. I requested a peaceful room and rooms adjacent to each other, which was arranged and we were very grateful. This is our second visit to this hotel, formerly known as Alva Donna.

Rooms could be tidied up more effectively. The restaurant service was good, but the tables were not consistently clean.

Fair

Delicious coffee in the café. Updated spa, good sauna, hammam, steam room, snow generator, pool. In March, the slides were working. Attentive and friendly restaurant staff. On March 8, the ladies received a card and a rose. Fridges in the rooms are restocked daily. Renovations are happening all around, flowers are blooming, summer will probably be healthy and fun. The animators are great, they try hard. Evenings on the territory are beautifully illuminated. An excellent piano player's performance brought joy.

Cold pool, although it was claimed to be 27 degrees, for some reason no one believed it. Poor hungry cats. The first hotel with such an attitude towards animals. They were stealing food from each other. The poolside waiters started to be more attentive, probably after complaints, as they didn't pay attention to the guests for a week. The food is monotonous, without any sophistication. There is little greenery on the territory, not much room for walks, but many tables everywhere, statues, fountains. A toothbrush and toothpaste are provided, but one has to ask why... Evenings can be very boring for non-drinkers... Understandable, it's not the season. But still... it's exclusive... A bouquet of flowers ordered through guest relations for March 8 was delayed for two days because it was composed of damaged, old flowers, which was very disappointing. Overall, a good vacation, in a standard 5-star hotel. Off to my favorite Turkey for its sun and warmth, divine sea, and that's enough! Thank you, Turkey!
