Exceptional

Food was definitely good and so was the entertainment team. Cleaning in rooms and hallways needs much improvement.

Daily extensive and good food, even in the night there is something to eat.

Entertainment team, especially in the evening.

Hygiene. Rooms are not cleaned properly.

The whole resort seems to have a shortage of staff.

Price-Quality ratio. For the price paid, much better hygiene should be expected and the resort should definitely deploy more staff.

The rooms are satisfactory, slightly worn, but overall okay.

The rooms in the buildings windows are facing each other, no privacy. Better to choose one overlooking the sea, then it will be better.

Every evening they take out the grill onto the street and barbecue meat-fish, all the smoke goes into the room windows.

The staff is tired and not very welcoming.

The restaurant clearly lacks staff, they cannot keep up with cleaning and serving drinks to guests.

Food.. you won't find anything dietary, like in other 5-stars.. And the semolina porridge for breakfast - hell! The soups are also terrible to look at.. All the meat is fried and oily.. And practically everything was the same during the 7-day stay.

The beach is dirty! Cigarette butts and plastic cups everywhere.

Once and not again

In principle, everything was offered for an all-inclusive hotel.

The facility needs a general overhaul. The menu was the same every day without major deviations. Every evening, the facility smells like sewage, making it almost impossible to stay outside.
