The variety of food and drinks.

There was some industrial air conditioning unit installed on the exterior wall of our room which made so much noise that even the bed was shaking when it was turned on. 90% Russian guests.

Pleasant

Overall everything was liked: the room was spacious with two balconies, both overlooking the sea and mountains. They cleaned and changed the towels every day, including wet cleaning. The food was good, lots of fish, vegetables, and fruits. It seems like there was food for every taste. The territory is not large, but nice, with bitter drinks for children. There were plenty of sun loungers at the beach and pool. It was possible to walk almost to the center of Kemer from the hotel.

- In the evenings there was no hot water. It was either lukewarm or insufficient, as everyone starts rushing to shower after the beach. The weather was warm, but you want to wash your head with hot water. The same situation was not only in our building.

- There was only soap and hair conditioner in the cosmetics. At first, we thought it was normal - just some strange shampoo. But then we compared it to what was in another room - there wasn't any. Every day we had to put out the hair conditioner.

- The music was almost constantly deafeningly loud. It would have been good if there was no music at the beach, but it carried from the pool area. But judging by everything, it is included in all hotels. At least there was no music at the beach here, for that, thank you.

- After the rain, water accumulated in the room with a terrace, on the terrace. Asked to clean up - the request was ignored.
