Great hotel for the family

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel and are very satisfied with the whole experience. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and made sure we felt well taken care of from start to finish.
The best part of the stay was the pleasant atmosphere and the good service. We would like to especially thank the masseur, who provided an incredibly relaxing and professional treatment, and the photographer, who was extremely skilled, patient, and made the experience both fun and memorable. The photos turned out fantastic, and we greatly appreciate the effort. Gökhan and his brother were fantastic photographers.
We highly recommend the hotel and would love to come back at a later time. Thank you for a great stay!
The only downside was that there should have been more fruits like apricots, plums, nuts, and grapes

My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.
The hotel grounds are beautiful, well maintained, and very clean. Our room was comfortable, spotless, and everything felt well looked after.
One thing we especially appreciated was that each pool has its own atmosphere. If you are looking for peace and quiet, there is a lovely pool surrounded by pine trees. If you prefer music and a more vibrant, youthful atmosphere, the palm pool is a great choice. There is also a third pool with water slides and activities for those who enjoy a more active holiday. Children of all ages have plenty of pools and entertainment to choose from.
The food exceeded our expectations. We especially loved the grilled fish and meat, the delicious pide, and the waffles with Nutella. There was a great variety of dishes, so everyone can find something they enjoy, including healthy and diet-friendly options. We were completely satisfied with the food throughout our stay.
The only disappointment was the evening entertainment. I chose not to attend the evening discos because a significant part of the music played was Russian music. I honestly don’t understand why this would be considered appropriate in an international resort. Moreover, out of respect for the many Ukrainian guests staying at the hotel, I believe it is inappropriate to promote the culture of the aggressor state while the war continues. During our stay, Kyiv was once again subjected to devastating attacks that resulted in many civilian casualties.
I sincerely hope the hotel will reconsider its music policy and create entertainment that is more respectful and inclusive for all international guests.
