Good 5

Older resort that is still well-maintained but definitely not 5 stars.

I enjoyed the beach, beach beds, and excellent service around the hotel. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
The reception staff were the most impolite I have ever come across. They are not suitable for a hotel environment. Their attitude towards us was very rude and cold.

We liked the beach, as they call the sand there and this creates conditions for a convenient entrance into the water and staying in the water with children.
The food is very tasty, although not very diverse, especially breakfast, but overall it's enough to eat well.
Room cleaning is done every day and it's pretty good.
The beach is very large and there's always plenty of free space. The hotel has the largest pier on the coast that provides additional large quantity of places with sunbeds. Additionally, there's a bar with drinks and it's very convenient.
The reception responds very quickly and solves all the problems that arise.
Our room was very small for four people, I think the hotel could provide a slightly more convenient one.
One of the biggest minuses is that the hotel is oriented towards Russian and everywhere you turn around there is Russian, which only causes negativity. Children did not go to the mini disco, for the same reason - almost all songs are Russian.
I believe that the hotel should slightly adapt and cater to the European public, as among the vacationers were Ukrainians, Poles, Germans and Turks, and they don't need Russian music at all.
