Wonderful location with poor management

The ranch itself is absolutely stunning. It is situated in a breathtaking natural environment that truly resembles a genuine ranch. The property is well-maintained, with horses and other animals freely roaming, a lovely stable, an impressive main building, and an adorable cowboy-themed playground for children. It has all the elements to be a charming countryside getaway.

Regrettably, the experience falls short due to inadequate management.

Upon arrival, the ambiance felt surprisingly unwelcoming. Check-in is done in a small booth at the entrance, while the main reception area remains unstaffed, leading to confusion and a lack of a warm initial welcome.

Breakfast was another letdown. Instead of the leisurely and abundant atmosphere of a traditional Turkish breakfast (kahvaltı), the options were limited, and promptly at 9:59, staff began rapidly clearing the food, giving guests the impression they were being rushed out rather than welcomed.

The atmosphere at the pool was also impacted by the continuous repetition of the same song for hours. Any inquiries or requests were met with the response that 'the manager needs to decide.' Curiously, we never encountered the manager, and every interaction felt needlessly complex, formal, and unwelcoming.

It is truly unfortunate because this place holds immense potential. With more inviting hospitality, increased attentiveness to guests, and a sincere sense of care, it could evolve into an unforgettable destination—a place to commune with nature, savor delicious Turkish cuisine, partake in local traditions, unwind away from urban life, and revel in the company of magnificent horses.

Despite its incredible location, the service failed to provide a welcoming atmosphere, leaving us unenthusiastic about a return visit.

I loved the atmosphere there. Really lovely and quiet.

Animals were so beautiful and we did horseback riding on the beach, it was amazing. Room was okay and breakfast was not big but good.
