The coworker Cansu was very very nice with us.

Staff was extremely friendly and made us feel very welcome.
Although not a children's hotel, it was very pleasant to be there with children.
The room is a bit small, but sufficient for the time spent in the room.

The hotel and its surroundings (pool, beach) are cleaned regularly. The staff, from the cleaners to the waiters, are all friendly, helpful, and smiling. The food selection is plentiful.
We were a bit disappointed with the hotel. We chose this hotel for our honeymoon. Upon arrival, they informed us that according to their records, we still had to pay an extra 80 euros. We had already paid the full amount via Booking. Then the receptionist said she would check with the manager. In the end, we didn't have to pay extra, but the whole situation was unpleasant. We also informed the hotel that we were honeymooners. They said they would do everything to make our holiday unforgettable. However, we didn't receive any extra attention, even though we saw other guests who were also celebrating (birthdays, anniversaries) had beautifully decorated tables at dinner and were given fruit plates in their rooms. The room decor is quite average. The wellness area is basically a couple of rooms where you can pay for massages. During our stay, we noticed that this hotel is geared towards 90% German pensioners. Overall, it is heavily overpriced. We have been to similar standard hotels for significantly less money.
