Very Good

The animations, daily activities, and the food.

Not all employees speak English and sometimes our cleaning smells bad of sewers.

Landscape of this place is truly beautiful.

Although the hotel is quite old, it has its strong points as well as drawbacks:

1) The hotel grounds are covered with trees, creating a green and refreshing atmosphere.

2) The beach is clean with clear water, although it's a bit rocky.

3) The staff is very helpful, especially the front desk and activity scheduling personnel.

4) There is a hookah bar available for an extra cost, which was a favorite spot for me.

5) The hotel also has a cinema area with an open patio where guests can watch movies or events on a big screen projector.

6) The hotel offers a spa with Thai girls doing massages at designated beachfront areas.

7) There are a couple of pools available for guests to enjoy.

Despite the price, I believe it's worth every penny due to the beautiful landscape.

1) Most of the cleaning staff are from Southeast Asia and struggle with cleaning rooms properly. The towels are old and need replacement.

2) While the food is reasonable considering the price, the AlaCart restaurants could be removed as the regular restaurant is better. Guests are allowed 1-2 visits to the AlaCart restaurants for free, but it's not worth it.

3) I would suggest replacing the pillows for better sleep quality.

4) The timing for restocking the mini bar should be reconsidered. Knocking on the door early in the morning can be inconvenient. Perhaps during lunchtime when guests are out would be better.

5) The childcare area has a long lunch break and closes early, which was not convenient for us. Most gyms are open 24 hours, but here it closes at 7pm. Keeping it open 24/7 would be more preferable.
