We got exactly what we expected.

We stayed in July 2026 and here's what we liked: the hotel's location (the sea is across the road), the beach (Cleopatra sandy beach, but there are rocky slabs at the sea entrance, you can walk barefoot, you can use aquashoes), our cozy pool, variety of dishes (vegetables, fruits, garnishes, salads), air conditioner in the room, view from the room, presence of an elevator, drinks included in the price.

Would have liked to have more meat and fish options, as vegetarian dishes were often served. The Wi-Fi in the pool area works poorly, you can install a repeater to enhance the signal. During meals it was very hot in the dining hall, the air conditioner was not always turned on.

We liked the hotel's location near the beach - it was right across the street - as well as the beautiful town with shops, a pharmacy, and a park nearby. Young men in the kitchen worked hard to serve guests and clean dishes quickly; the food was diverse, including meat, fish, vegetables, fruits, and desserts. When we first arrived, they helped us carry our luggage to the room. The water supplies in the room were constantly replenished.

I was not satisfied with the cleanliness; they pretended to clean but only changed the existing bed linen and once even provided stained towels. There was dust under the bed that was not cleaned. They came to clean twice when we were in the room, so we had to wait for them outside the door.

Be prepared to pay for sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach; you also cannot take towels from the room to the beach - you must bring your own or buy them at the reception. The entry to the water is over concrete slabs, so be careful not to get injured.

Although we are a married couple, we did not have a double bed in the room; instead, we slept in two separate beds.
