Great location, beautiful mountain view, comfortable areas around the pool. Friendly waiters.
The room smelled like a stable, the toilet is right next to the shower, it is always wet, wet toilet paper, and there is a puddle of water in the whole bathroom. It seems like the repairs were not completed. Only one key card for the room, which includes light and other electrical devices - you have to sit in the room while charging your phone.
The food products are not very good, the menu is simple, basic, and not always tasty.
The bartenders refuse to pour as much as you ask for, despite it being all-inclusive and with no limitations, but they restrict you. Low-quality alcohol.
The beach is far, and it is rocky.
