We had another fantastic holiday at Side Aluna Hotel. It was our fifth stay, and we always feel very welcome and almost at home here.

I am deaf, and my daughter Maja has autism. Therefore, good communication, understanding, patience, and safety mean a lot to us. It also means a lot to us to have the same room every year because the familiar room gives Maja peace, recognition, and a sense of security. We are very grateful that the hotel accommodated this request.

The staff provided us with fantastic and caring service throughout our stay. A special thank you to the staff in the Mini Club - I believe they are named Iryna, Elif, and Johnny. They were incredibly sweet, patient, and understanding towards Maja. She felt safe, happy, and welcome, and it meant a lot to both of us.❤️

The entire staff was friendly, helpful, and smiling. The food was good, the pool area was nice, and the hotel had a lovely and cozy atmosphere. A thousand thanks to the entire Side Aluna team for another wonderful holiday. We are already looking forward to coming back! 🌴☀️❤️

There was nothing in particular that we didn't like. We have been very happy with our stay. The only sad part is that the holiday always goes by too quickly, and it is hard to say goodbye.😊
