The service is top-notch! I had to shorten my stay at short notice and they did not charge me any cancellation fees!!! This is unheard of. Additionally, I needed an inexpensive transfer to the airport at very short notice and the team was soooo committed and immediately arranged something for me! The staff is a 10/10!
