We just stayed for three nights, didn't want to ruin the vacation with this hotel, although I never write reviews and don't feel like it
- What I liked
- Masseur - a true professional who knows exactly what he is doing at this hotel
- Staff at the restaurants - always responsive and kind
- Room cleaning is generally good, but due to the hotel being old, it's very difficult to stay in the room, especially to look at the linoleum or to shower
- Large territory that you don't want to be on, unfortunately
- Good animation for children and adults, different concerts and music every day
- Good hookah, the guy makes quality tobacco
I have been traveling for 20 years and staying in different hotels, but I want to leave an honest review based on my feelings
About the hotel - if you are used to good 5-star hotels, immediately cross out this option
Why:
- everything is very old and worn out
- the gym is in very poor condition, the flooring is awful, smells bad, not ventilated, equipment is very old, and just looks outdated
- Hotel pools are terrible, soft and feel like in a nursing home
- The territory up to the bridge is not fenced, no green grass, terrible borders, very poor children's complex, everything looks abandoned and neglected
- Hairdryer - I blow harder when talking, shower gel is like robbing a factory in Africa and diluting it with 1 drop of water per hotel
- Food - if you came to have a tasty meal - yes! For those who like to choose tasty food - there will be nothing to eat, the tables are breaking down, looks like everything is mixed in one pot, very hard to choose food with a child
- The cheapest ingredients, only vegetable slices were fine, and nothing was pre-salted. The 'freshly squeezed' juice smells of chemicals, looks natural, and the waiter says 'fresh' pouring from a packet
- Everything fried in the same oil for 10 years, felt sorry for people's stomachs
- Drinks - better not to drink, the cheapest with a taste of alcohol
- Smell in the hotel - old, makes your face look shriveled throughout the vacation
- Dirty elevators, completely filthy
- Clientele - I thought it was 5*, but in fact a solid 2, people in bathrobes with plastic cups and bottles
- Unfortunate location, it's hard to walk around the hotel's territory, and everything together there and back is 6 km along the shops with unnecessary souvenirs
