Exceptional

The hotel is excellent high class. Events and parties every day. The food is all superb. The girls animators keep everyone entertained.

The hotel is just average. Price-quality ratio is not met.

First thing to note is the very green and beautiful hotel grounds. Second thing we liked is the staff, very polite, always trying to help and solve your problem. Third, a large cool kids' room! Very diverse and suitable for any age.

Tasty ice cream and desserts in the pastry shop.

But that's it.

By the end of the vacation, we really wanted to leave quickly. Now, in order:

- Old disgusting rooms. (I'll attach a photo)

- Terrible cleaning in the rooms. We had to persuade the staff to come and clean, and it was very bad. They didn't clean the toilet, the sink, and the shower at all, didn't provide toothbrushes and cotton pads, although we always left good tips. Only after complaining to the management during the whole vacation, by the last day, they cleaned well🤣

The food is not worth it at all. Often cold and tasteless. Sometimes you come for breakfast and empty plates stand (4 times in a row) and only something will be added after 15 minutes. This should not happen... Also one day you get porridge like porridge, another day they simply took rice or oatmeal and poured milk, it's impossible to eat as it's too watery. The same with soup, sometimes normal, sometimes just salty water.

The beach is also just average. In the evening, trash and bottles are scattered around. Not sure if they are stones or sand, hard to tell. We didn't like it.

They rip you off at every step. If you don't want to crowd the beach with everyone, there are cabins available for 100€, if you don't want to eat terrible food at the restaurant, please visit one of the 4 restaurants, but the prices are as high as Michelin (and taste is not there). The laundry service is also outrageously expensive, and they didn't even wash my child's t-shirts. I won't even mention the spa, just a regular 1.5-hour massage for me and my husband cost us 500€, although it was a mediocre massage (they didn't even provide disposable underwear🤣)

Way too pushy photographers, they literally stick to you to take a photo with them. They bark, meow, and beg you to take a photo. They constantly approach you with the same request, and if you refuse, they look at you strangely... And there are 10 of these people in the whole hotel. Overdone.

An unforgettable family holiday with wonderful memories

We had a wonderful experience at Ela Excellence Resort. Everything about our stay was amazing from the moment we arrived. The resort is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained, with a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere.

A very special mention goes to the kids club and the amazing team who made our child's holiday extra special. The kids club was definitely one of the highlights of our stay, with so many fun, creative, and well-organised activities. The staff were caring, energetic, and attentive, making sure our child was happy, safe, and entertained every day. It was wonderful to see how much effort was put into creating unforgettable experiences for young guests.

The resort is truly family-friendly, with plenty of activities designed for children, while also offering great facilities for parents to relax and enjoy. Our child had an amazing time and created beautiful memories.

Another thing we really appreciated was the overall crowd and atmosphere at the resort. The guests were pleasant, the environment felt comfortable and family-oriented, and it created a very positive holiday vibe throughout our stay.

The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and always perfectly cleaned. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious choices, and the restaurants, pools, beach area, and entertainment options were all fantastic.

The entire team showed great attention to detail and made us feel genuinely welcomed. Thank you to everyone at Ela Excellence Resort for giving us such a beautiful and memorable holiday.

We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this resort, especially for families looking for a perfect vacation with children.

One small area where we feel there could be some improvement is the food variety over longer stays. Although the food was very good, the menu felt a little repetitive on some days. It would be amazing to see more themed dining experiences such as Asian nights, Mexican cuisine, or other international menus to add more variety.

Also, it would be a nice addition if spa packages included some complimentary sessions, discount coupons, or special offers for guests, making the overall luxury experience even better.
