Our stay at this hotel exceeded all our expectations! From the first minutes, we were surrounded by care, attention, and genuine Turkish hospitality. The hotel's territory is very beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. The rooms are comfortable, the cleaning is high-quality, the food is varied and very delicious - every day offered a great selection of dishes. The sea is warm, the beach is clean, and the atmosphere is simply perfect for relaxation.

Special thanks want to be expressed to Bibi! She is incredibly kind, responsive, and attentive. She always welcomed us with a sincere smile, inquired if everything was in order, and was ready to help in any situation. Thanks to such employees, the vacation becomes truly special. Bibi creates a warm, friendly atmosphere and leaves the most pleasant impressions. It is visible that she sincerely loves her job and cares about the guests.

Thank you to the entire hotel team for the excellent service, hospitality, and unforgettable vacation! We will definitely return and gladly recommend this hotel to all our friends and family. Lots of Pros and lots of cons

Our Guest liaison Sini was fantastic, she took care of us really well. We only used the buffet dinner once, it wasn't very good at all. The breakfast wasn't bad and we didn't eat lunch.

If the hotel used all the facilities, the Serenity Bar, the indoor pool, the lounges etc. it would be really great, but none of it is being used.

The common areas lacked proper cleaning and vacuuming.

The hotel has loads of potential but it really needs someone to lift it up to 5-star level.

Hotel to avoid... very expensive for the services! I would like to know what justifies the 5 stars

Honestly very disappointed for a 5 stars! We paid extremely expensive for a 9-night stay with my wife and my two children... honestly to avoid!

- meals: not great, not qualitative and always the same

- kid's club: no activities offered and unsuitable hours.

- pools: very small considering the size of the hotel and the number of rooms. Not enough sunbeds.

- the staff: very impolite and not English-speaking at all... difficult to communicate with them... too bad!

- environment: a lot of very loud music all the time, not conducive to a family atmosphere. Especially since the evenings end late with very loud music and the family rooms are next to the stage so close to the noisiest area... great for children's sleep :)
