I didn't like anything about the facility, the corridors were terrible, not clean, the furniture was very old, not like in the photos, the carpets in the room were burnt, the pool was not clean

Do not book if English or foreign.

If you are English, do not book this hotel. It is full of Turkish and Kurdish guests and caters only for them. The staff do a good job keeping an older hotel clean, but they need to spend money on this place; everything is overused and old. The animation team has a hard job and does well, but lacks a bit of sincerity - everything seems a little fake. After you check in, no one wants to help. Turkish and Kurdish guests run the hotel; the staff seem scared to address anything with them. They push in front of queues for lifts and food, pushing our kids out of the way. They take what they want - our sunbeds, our floaties that we paid for - it really ruined our holiday. It felt like we were bullied the whole time. The entertainment is for Turkish guests. I would say it would be better for them not to accept bookings; it's not really fair for any English guests. When we played water polo, they didn't let women participate, and our 15-year-old son was held underwater by Turkish men; the staff did nothing at all.

In all, do not book if you are a foreigner. The food is catered for Turks; it was okay for us as we like their food, but it's a free-for-all to get served. I hate leaving bad reviews, but they should just cater to locals.

Carpet is old and dirty.

Curtains are ripped and old.

Tiles are cracked in the bathroom.

There are 2 tiny lifts for hundreds of rooms; we waited ages every time, especially because we were on the top floor.

The staff are rude, especially the guy who books the activities. He gives you a high price; then, if you don't book with him because we found it at half price online, he didn't talk to us for the rest of our stay - he totally ignored us.

Police attended the hotel because a woman was being beaten by her husband.

The hotel is catered for Turks and Kurds. We felt very unsafe and it made us feel intimidated.
