The level of 5* is clearly not reached

1. Lack of parking valet service. The parking is far from the hotel and a very inconvenient way back. This is not what a traveler wants after a long journey.

2. The confectionery refused ice cream to the child and said it was finished. Although we were given ice cream by others.

3. The Wi-Fi network constantly lost connection, the password request occurred 10 times per day. There is no network at the beach at all.

4. The child was signed up for drawing on a t-shirt, but then it turned out they wouldn't be drawing. My daughter cried out of frustration.

5. Upon check-in, the shampoo dispenser in the room was broken. Had to wait for a new one to be brought. Why not check this during room preparation?

6. Very complicated system of when and where to eat. Even after two days, we still couldn't figure it out.

7. Lack of civilization around. Had to drive to the nearest pharmacy. Good thing we had our own car.

8. The fridge in the room doesn't cool drinks at all.

9. The air conditioner in the room makes noise like a tractor in a field and also rattles loudly.

10. There is no pillow menu and only one blanket on a large bed. My neck hurts.
