That was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my entire life. Starting from the reception staff's behavior to the quality of service, reception, rooms, and the entire facilities - everything was just terrible. Everything was old, worn out, and in need of renovation.

Sometimes I really felt like there was a hidden camera somewhere, because I just couldn't imagine that a place that calls itself a 5-star hotel could actually be so bad.

The photos and facilities that this hotel advertises belong, in my opinion, to another hotel nearby and not to this Sunrise Hotel. The other hotel is called Starlight.

Fortunately, we were allowed to use some facilities of the Starlight Hotel. However, if I have to evaluate exclusively the Sunrise Hotel, then even one star is way too much.

Please make sure to read the reviews very carefully before booking this hotel, so you don't make the same mistake as I did.

Das war das schlechteste Hotel, in dem ich in meinem ganzen Leben je war. Angefangen beim Verhalten der Rezeption bis hin zur Qualität des Services, der Rezeption, der Zimmer und der gesamten Ausstattung – einfach alles war katastrophal. Alles war alt, abgenutzt und renovierungsbedürftig.

Manchmal hatte ich wirklich das Gefühl, dass irgendwo eine versteckte Kamera läuft, weil ich mir einfach nicht vorstellen konnte, dass ein Ort, der sich als 5-Sterne-Hotel bezeichnet, tatsächlich so schlecht sein kann.

Die Fotos und die Einrichtungen, mit denen dieses Hotel wirbt, gehören meiner Meinung nach zu einem anderen Hotel in der Nähe und nicht zu diesem Hotel Sunrise. Das andere Hotel heißt Starlight.

Zum Glück durften wir einige Einrichtungen des Starlight-Hotels mitbenutzen. Wenn ich jedoch ausschließlich das Sunrise Hotel bewerten soll, dann ist selbst ein Stern noch viel zu viel.

Bitte lest euch unbedingt vor der Buchung dieses Hotels die Bewertungen sehr genau durch, damit ihr nicht denselben Fehler macht wie ich.

Это был худший отель, в котором я когда-либо останавливался за всю свою жизнь. Начиная с отношения сотрудников на ресепшене и заканчивая качеством обслуживания, ресепшена, номеров и всей инфраструктуры — всё было просто ужасно. Всё старое, изношенное и требует ремонта.

Иногда у меня действительно возникало ощущение, что где-то установлена скрытая камера, потому что просто невозможно поверить, что место настолько плохого уровня вообще может называться 5-звёздочным отелем.

Фотографии и удобства, которые представлены на сайте и рекламируются этим отелем, на мой взгляд, относятся к другому отелю, расположенному рядом, а не к этому Sunrise Hotel. Тот отель называется Starlight.

К счастью, нам разрешили пользоваться некоторыми удобствами отеля Starlight. Но если оценивать исключительно Sunrise Hotel, то даже одна звезда для него — это слишком много.

For dinner, you have to line up to get your own drinks.

Bathroom is very old in the rooms.

Perfect to the point where even the imperfections are insignificant

There were an excessive number of Russian guests and the bed was overly firm
