Overrated hotel with service that is completely random

We spent the previous week at another hotel, which had received lower ratings, but was significantly cleaner and better functioning as a whole. This is definitely not a 5-star hotel, more like a 7.5/10 level.

Many things could work better. For example, every morning all the chairs next to the pool are reserved with towels for the entire day! No one pays attention to this.

Children are definitely not supervised by lifeguards, so it's just a matter of time before something happens to someone. One day our other daughter's sandals were stolen - and the staff did not take it seriously. We got them back when we saw them elsewhere, asked if they belonged to anyone - and no one dared to say they did, so we took them. Just to be sure, we went to inform the reception in case they actually belonged to someone else.

Sometimes during dinner, people behave as if the food is running out. Thankfully, some of the servers were really nice and deserved their tips.

There are many rules and instructions, but no one enforces them.

Our accommodation ended a day earlier than planned due to rescheduled flights, but we did not receive any compensation for it. This hotel is definitely not worth its price for Nordic travelers.

not worth what you pay for it

I'd love to say 'the sea', but even the sea was dirty with plastic and just dirt floating around the last three days of our stay

1. check-in: the dirty floors in our room and someone's nails on it

2. the room reeked of sewage (they tried to fix it twice with no luck, so eventually we had to change the room (the new one smelled like smoke)

3. the cover sheet is some sort of polyester thingy, with no cotton sheet underneath (had to call the front desk and ask for a regular white sheet)

4. all-inclusive means water, coca-cola or Efes, because everything else is undrinkable (two-buck-chuck wine and cheap vodka mixes they call cocktails are just way off)

5. sunbeds on the beach are covered with mattresses wrapped in some sweaty rubberish material

6. the sea was dirty with plastic and just dirt floating around

The hotel is not suitable for Muslims as everyone is drunk and keeps drinking non-stop, do not recommend that place for any Muslims
