My young son was injured and they didn't offer any first aid assistance.
They simply applied iodine without dressing or a bandage, and when I asked, they said I would need to pay £100 for cleaning and bandaging.
However, they should have provided a first aid kit with cleaning supplies and bandages, which should not be expensive and should be provided free of charge, or at least at a very low cost.
