Very clean and a wide selection of delicious food
Staff was very rude as if they didn't feel like working.
A la carte restaurant with Italian cuisine during snack time. I didn't get my pizza as it is listed on the menu. The restaurant being open 24 hours should have more motivated waitresses and the chefs should memorize the menu because I always got my smashburger wrong and something was missing.
The swimming pool was not deep, there should be a deeper area.
If you want something to drink, you have to get up and get it yourself. Other hotels have waiters by the pool to take orders, which I also find as a downside.
