MirelaOur stay was unfortunately a big disappointment, as it lacked cleanliness, good service, friendly staff, and satisfaction.
Unfortunately, the hotel does not correspond to the pictures and expectations at all. I have already shared my experience in a Google review.
The cleanliness was very disappointing. Our room was not automatically cleaned even though we had set the sign to 'Green'. We had to call the reception every time and ask for the room to be cleaned.
We were also very dissatisfied with the staff. Many employees were unfriendly, and communication in English was sometimes hardly possible. What particularly struck us negatively was that as soon as Russian-speaking guests arrived, the staff could easily communicate in Russian and took care of these guests in detail. Other guests, on the other hand, often felt neglected.
Unfortunately, the food did not convince us at all. Already after the first day, I had a stomach ache and could hardly eat anything afterwards. In the evening, the selection was sometimes very poor. Until the next morning, for example, there were only apples and hardly anything substantial to eat. Furthermore, it seemed that no one regularly checked if dishes were empty and needed to be refilled.
Overall, we are very disappointed this time. Both the cleanliness and the service, the friendliness of the staff, and the food were unsatisfactory for us. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we cannot recommend this hotel.
