MarioWouldn't go to the hotel again.
We liked that there were a lot of activities to do.
The food could be more varied and the staff is very unfriendly. We paid enough money to at least be welcomed with joy. The minibar is only filled with 2 soft drinks on the 1st day, from the 2nd day on, you only get water even though it's an all-inclusive hotel. Also, I tried to get a drink at the lobby bar without a shirt and was denied, but women in bikinis are allowed to get drinks there. Please do not go to the hotel doctor, they tried to sell us an emergency visit for a stiff neck, so we declined and went to get the necessary at a pharmacy. We had 2 instances where something in the room wasn't working, the phone once and the TV another time. In both cases, we were told someone would come in 10 minutes but no one ever showed up.

The location is very good. The food, although always the same, is very tasty and fresh. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Very suitable for small children because the complex is not very big.
No shows in the evening, only entertainment by the staff. Animation is quite calm. Sauna is only open from 12 to 2 PM. Long journey from the airport. Make sure to keep money in the safe, otherwise it can disappear.
