decent location and helpful staff, they should revise the food menu and evaluate their entertainment

decent size with many amenities

the food is not up to the expected standard

flies are a bit of a nuisance and pest control should be improved, I suspect the food preparation area is not hygienic

the entertainment is decent, but it seems to cater mostly to Russians; they could diversify and appeal to a more global audience

also, no music on the beach and at the pool during the day takes away from the atmosphere. Even a little music would enhance the experience, especially with children
