Practically a new hotel. Seems like it has been completely renovated

Good but could do better

The location, amenities, quality of entertainment, especially the service at the restaurant, leisure facilities, and the food in general.

- On 2-3 occasions, borderline impolite behavior with hotel employees.

- Language barrier remains a handicap with a large part of the employees.

Everything was great, the cleaning was good, the food was very tasty, and the staff was nice, especially in the bar. There was a receptionist named Serdar S. He makes a very good cocktail.

Inside the large restaurant, the staff asks more questions than usual; the customer should be left alone.
