No queues for food, always a sunbed by the pool and the sea at the doorstep.
The hotel felt wonderfully quiet. There were always enough sunbeds by the pool and we never had to line up for food. Additionally, the beach and the sea are a definite plus.
Big difference between the staff and few extra facilities.

Normal but not as good as I expected
I really enjoyed the lovely and welcoming hotel ambiance. The staff was extremely friendly, and despite most not speaking English, they made a great effort to assist us. The room was comfortable with a stunning sea view. The variety of food was exceptional and delightful!
I was disappointed by the lack of effective communication from the reception. When I arrived at 3 PM, my room was still not prepared.
Furthermore, I inquired about the airport shuttle service, which the hotel advertises as available for an additional fee. I sent messages both through Booking.com and via email two months ago to clarify the arrangements, but I am still awaiting a response.
I also found the maintenance of the private beach facilities to be subpar and in need of thorough cleaning.

Excellent
Amazing staff. Great food. Location was nice but the hotel entertainment was not as professional as some of the other hotels in the area. Great little family place and value for money. Staff is amazing and super clean.
The water slide was closed a lot for the kids. Not a lot of children's entertainment available.

Cleaning was OK!
I genuinely cannot understand all the positive reviews after experiencing this hotel myself.
First of all, we travel a lot and are fully aware that photos can look better than reality. However, the biggest question for me is how this can possibly be rated as a 5-star hotel. In my opinion, it is a 3-star hotel at best.
They advertise themselves as **Ultra All Inclusive**, but what exactly is "ultra" about it? From my experience, Ultra All Inclusive usually means premium branded spirits, ice cream, drinks, and higher-quality food and beverages are included. That was definitely not the case here. It felt exactly like a standard all-inclusive hotel. If you wanted fresh orange juice, it cost an extra €2. If you wanted to smoke a shisha, that also cost extra. So again, what exactly makes this "Ultra"?
The rooms are worn out and smell of mold. Mealtimes are complete chaos. Guests have absolutely no respect for queues, and the staff do nothing to manage the situation or explain basic queue etiquette to these inconsiderate guests.
Now for the worst part: there are signs everywhere stating that reserving sunbeds is not allowed, yet **everyone** does it. Even though towels are only available from 8:30 a.m., people reserve sunbeds with chairs, books, shoes, **apples (!!)**, and all kinds of random items. If you arrive just five minutes after the pool opens, you have virtually no chance of finding a sunbed. Even when we informed the staff that some of these reserved sunbeds had been sitting empty for hours, they did absolutely nothing about it.
My biggest piece of advice is simple: do not book this hotel. Spend your money somewhere else. Staying here honestly feels like throwing your money away.
The one thing that truly deserves praise is the housekeeping staff. Every day they made beautiful towel animals for our son, and he absolutely loved them. It was a wonderful gesture that we genuinely appreciated.
