Disappointed by both the hotel management and the booked room.

Already upon our arrival, we had to realize that the booked room was not available to us. According to the room description on Booking.com, we had expressly booked an accommodation with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. In reality, the accommodation only had two bedrooms and one bathroom.

We immediately reported this deficiency to the hotel and presented the corresponding room description. However, we were only informed that the booked room category would be available at the earliest the next day from 2:00 pm. Since we did not want to further disrupt our vacation, we stayed in the assigned room. No financial compensation was provided. The hotel's handling of the situation was particularly disappointing. The situation was denied to Booking.com. Furthermore, the room description in our booking was subsequently changed, so it is no longer possible to trace that originally two bathrooms were part of the booking. Several advertised amenities were also missing, including a washing machine, a dining table, cleaning supplies, hand sanitizer, and an ironing facility. The advertised outdoor furniture consisted only of two chairs and a small plastic stool. The pool described as 'private' was actually shared with the surrounding villas. Additionally, there was mold in the refrigerator area, damp walls and mold in the shower, and dirt on the toilet seat cover. The restaurant staff hardly understands English and prefers compatriots and Russian-speaking guests. There are also problems every evening to get a table for dinner. Although the hotel is only about 70 km away from the airport, due to heavy traffic, one must regularly expect a travel time of about 1 hour and 45 minutes. Overall, we are very disappointed by the behavior of the hotel management.

We were accompanied by an exceptional staff member from our check-in to check-out. Thanks to the team who is very knowledgeable, both friendly and helpful, our holiday was very enjoyable for us. The cleanliness service, pool variety, mini club, and many facilities for children, the diversity and safety of the aqua park, the comfort of our room, the accessibility to food/drinks at many places at any time, we really liked that it is a comprehensive and not exhausting hotel.

The only downside for us was that the sea was generally wavy.

The hotel offers a rich buffet with a wide selection of dishes at all times of the day. Whether sweet or salty, there is something for everyone. The rooms are spacious and cleaned very thoroughly daily. We had a great view of the sea and also took advantage of the additional offer with a lounger on the pier. This additional service also made our holiday even more beautiful, with great views and great service.

In general, you are taken care of around the clock, there is enough staff at the bar so you don't have to wait long. The staff is very attentive, a fork fell off from me and before I could see where to find a new one, one was already handed to me. You are regularly asked if you need anything. There is sufficient entertainment, both during the day and in the evening, a program is offered continuously.

Although it is a family hotel, the noise level at the pool is not too high, as the aqua park and the miniclub are well positioned logistically and not directly at the pool.

I can only recommend the hotel to everyone and I am already looking forward to my next stay.

Unfortunately, we had to go back home after just one week.
