It was great, we will definitely go again!

Exceptionnel

A comfortable and enjoyable stay with excellent food and facilities.

We truly appreciated the early check-in. We had an early morning flight and arrived very tired after a sleepless night, so being able to access our room earlier than the official check-in time made a huge difference. Instead of waiting, we were immediately invited to have breakfast, which was a very thoughtful gesture and set a positive tone for our stay. The check-in process itself was smooth and easy, and the staff kindly assisted us with the paperwork.

The staff throughout the hotel were attentive, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a birthday card in the room — such a small detail, but it felt very personal and thoughtful. We also appreciated that our rooms were arranged close to our family's rooms, which made our stay even more comfortable.

The food exceeded our expectations. The variety and quality were excellent — everything was fresh, tasty, and well-prepared. There were plenty of options at every meal, and we always found something delicious. We especially liked that food was available not only during breakfast, lunch, and dinner, but also between main meal times. On one occasion, when we arrived with family after lunch hours had ended, we were still able to enjoy hot dishes together rather than just light snacks. This flexibility was very convenient and added to the overall comfort of the stay.

A good selection of non-alcoholic cocktails was also a nice touch.

The hotel facilities were also a big plus. The spa area, indoor pool, sauna, and gym were well maintained and enjoyable to use. It was especially nice to have access to the pool even during the winter season.

Overall, we had a very positive experience and felt well taken care of throughout our stay.

The room was slightly dusty, even after housekeeping.

The transfer company operating near the hotel charges higher prices than regular taxis. Ordering a taxi via app directly to the hotel was often difficult, as drivers frequently cancelled the ride, which made transportation less convenient. Since the hotel cooperates with this company, it may be worth reviewing this arrangement for guests' comfort.
