Cozy atmosphere. One staff member named Ada at the reception was not very friendly. Only one DJ (Russian) was good. Laura was great! Mold in the bathrooms.

Show programs are excellent, food is satisfactory, great location, the hotel grounds are spacious, close to bus stop so it's convenient to travel to Alanya or Konakli for shopping. There are numerous activities and entertainment during the day. 2 swimming pools, one large and one smaller but equally enjoyable. There is a sea platform for jumping. The staff are helpful.
The hotel seems crowded, the swimming pool is always full of people, sometimes there are situations during dinner when tea and coffee cups run out and paper cups are used instead. The water park facilities have limited operating hours, 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon. All pools close after 6pm, so swimming after this time is not possible (I prefer swimming until 22:00 or later). The kids' club also has restricted hours and does not offer the option to leave children under supervision for 1-2 hours. Children are able to leave the kids' club unsupervised, so parents need to constantly watch over them, leaving no time for relaxation for families without grandparents.
