So disappointed. Horrible service and staff

- nice view of the mountains

- good children's room with lots of activities and a nice playground, also had its own baby buffet for lunch and dinner

- horrible food, you cannot find anything, even 'okaish', food of very bad quality, apricots and peaches are so hard like a rock.

- they have broken glass everywhere, on the beach, next to the pool, in the buffet restaurant. And they don't clean it. My child stepped on the broken glass and the staff said 'it's not their problem'

- super unfriendly and rude staff

- cleaning of the rooms is really bad. Sometimes they don't even clean at all or once they just left the garbage in the room

- they didn't provide bed sheets for the baby crib bed, we had to ask 5 times and then they brought something 2 times bigger than the bed. And it's super unsafe to put it inside even.

I loved the food, the location, the really hard working and kind staff and I also really liked the views and the clean sea.

Everything was mostly prepared for Russian speakers. We wanted to feel more Turkish vibes. Rooms could be more clean.
