The territory of the property was liked. It is spacious and well-kept.
We can also highly appreciate the personnel, especially the personal manager Mahabat, who tried to help at all stages. The children's club - liked the format of activities with children and a large amount of entertainment for them. Our daughter has special dietary requirements - they prepared her meals individually, tried in every way to help with her nutrition.
The buildings are quite old. There is a feeling that there have not been updates for a long time. All the children's slides were broken, some were even dangerous to approach because pieces of plastic were sticking out. The children's club is also quite old, there are few toys and they are also old. The children's playground on the property is only one, although the hotel positions itself as family-friendly.
