For me, this is the best hotel in the Kemer region. I visited that place second season. I recommend it to everyone.

The staff is nice, the food is good.
Old and poorly maintained hotel. Rusty and poor beach umbrellas, complete lack of amenities. The bar on the beach has no drinks other than beer and water.
The room is from the 90s, awful noisy air conditioners that barely work. It is impossible to sleep at night due to loud music from nearby clubs, with no soundproofing in the room. We are disappointed with every minute spent in this hotel!
At the snack bar near the pool, only free chips and pasta are available.

Overall experience was good, staff, entertainment, location, and food were great.
As a big group, we wanted to sit together at the pool area, and one of the waiters was a bit rude and did not allow us to connect the tables together, even though we had been sitting together on other nights. Additionally, he overheard a conversation we were having with someone and then made a rude comment.

Great location. Nice sea. Good pool. Some good food.
Very old building, not well managed. Toilet flush didn't work. Safe didn't work and not fixed to the place. Air condition pulled heavy barbecue smell into the room - usable only when the kitchen is not cooking. Ground floor smells humidity from the sauna. There were not enough sunbeds, a few were broken, and the beach was packed. Full power disco every day until midnight. The ultra all inclusive is a scam - all included items are the cheapest ones and a lot of things require extra payment.
