The hotel was quite successful, we had a nice holiday with my daughters. The beach area was very well organized, the food and beverage facilities were very well arranged. The pool area was also quite compact and good. The activities for children were quite intense and well planned. I can say we had more than enough entertainment for the kids.
1- The bed quality was extremely poor - even though our room was great, we had to walk around with neck pain for 2 days, our request for orthopedic pillow was met immediately but it was too late.
2- The amusement park activities in the children's play area were extremely weak - additionally, they seemed unsafe-
3- The cleanliness of the shared area toilets is a big question mark - please be careful, you come out of the shared toilet then you come to the poolside!!!-
