I will not recommend anyone to go

I liked the waterpark, the swimming pools, the room size, the beach

The rooms are located far from the amenities, requiring a lot of walking. The room was not clean and you have to request everything, even though it was all-inclusive. They only provided a few water bottles in the room, no tissue box unless requested, no duvet cover on the bed unless asked, the coffee capsules for the machine were never refilled despite our requests. The safe box was not working and despite numerous requests to fix it, it was not repaired. The room service and housekeeping were subpar. The food quality ranged from average to poor compared to other all-inclusive resorts I have been to with better options and taste. The entertainment shows were not suitable for young children, and the kids' club was small compared to other resorts. We were charged extra for one of the kids even though we booked a family suite. Additionally, they mistakenly charged us in Turkish lira instead of euros and then requested payment again. When we informed them that we would pay, they deactivated our room keys to ensure we settled the bill. I found this action disrespectful, especially when having to climb stairs to the room with a one-year-old only to find the key not working.
