AliMy vacation could be better
The location, facilities
I arrived at 2:00 the room wasn’t ready claiming that the available room is small for us and after one hours they offer me a two bedrooms in the building yet for additional cost!! When i complaint they said you booked through booking (as if it’s not their problem) they said the only available room is this if you didn’t like we don’t have any other option
Knowing that with the amount i am paying i could find a better place if i knew that this what i will get!!
Since i am coming from a different country with two kids i had to accept the small garden room!
