Excellent staff, very good food, very good facilities, a truly magnificent hotel.

As soon as we arrived at the hotel, they invited us to a meal first, meanwhile they completed our check-in process. Such a warm welcome made us very happy. All the gentlemen at the reception were extremely polite, smiling, and helpful.
Our room was spotless. It was cleaned regularly every day and our minibar was restocked perfectly.
The waiter, Mr. Shadi, who took care of us on the first day, was very friendly and smiling. We also liked Shamil; he was also very attentive. In fact, the whole service team was amazing. Especially, we would like to thank Ilayda, who works at Cafe Preto ❤️. The cheerful and helpful attitude of all staff made our holiday much more enjoyable.
The Kids Club team was really successful. We loved Sıla, who took care of our son ❤️. Mrs. Leyla from the Guest Relations department was also very attentive and kind in every matter.
The sea was sparkling, and the pools were also very clean. We loved the Aquapark, both the kids and us. It's almost impossible to stay hungry at the hotel; you can find food and drinks at different points of the hotel at any time of the day.
The meals were excellent in one word. Everything we ate was very delicious. The menu was quite rich and different options were offered every day. Desserts, fruits, and ice creams exceeded our expectations in terms of variety.
In short, we really liked the hotel, its concept, service quality, and the staff. We had a wonderful holiday from start to finish. We definitely recommend it with peace of mind. We would love to come back again!
