More animation would be nice, boring during the day

Excellent hotel! Excellent food, great original drinks, we have nothing to compare with! We were checked in early in the morning, for which a huge thank you! Overall, we liked the hotel, will definitely return, though it might be boring for many days, but maybe something will change by that moment) If you are looking for a quiet rest, definitely come here!

Not many entertainment options, especially for children, the hotel is designed for 50+

Exceptional

We stayed at the Hotel Akra Kemer for the second time, and once again it exceeded all our expectations. We truly love this place and will definitely come back.

My parents have already stayed here six times, which says a lot about the quality of this hotel. This time we traveled as two families – my parents and my husband, our child, and I – and we all had an amazing experience.

The housekeeping service was very good. Our rooms were cleaned every day and were always fresh maintained.

The food was excellent throughout the hotel, not only in the main restaurant, but also in all the other restaurants and bars. Everything was delicious, fresh, and with a great variety every day. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help.

The animation team was fantastic – friendly, fun, and always helpful, making both children and adults feel welcome.

Many thanks to the spa team. Sveta, who manages the spa, is incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. The entire spa team was excellent and helped make our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable.

Thank you to the entire Akra Kemer team for another unforgettable vacation. We are already looking forward to coming back!

Comfortable accommodation and rest by the beautiful sea in the center of the town

The hotel is located on the coast of Kemer. And in this are all its advantages and disadvantages. The advantages are the accessibility of the town if necessary and the beautiful sea of Kemer. It is visible that the staff is a well-established and cohesive team. Well done! They are not indifferent to the impression that is formed by the guests about the hotel. The hotel is optimally designed on a limited city territory: there is enough space for everyone, including multiple pools, beach, pier, and restaurants. Snacking during the day is not a problem, as there is plenty of space everywhere. I liked my spacious deluxe room in the penthouse with a walk-in wardrobe and a spacious bathroom. The cuisine was very decent for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as in the à la carte restaurants, where the service is excellent and all complimentary. I was pleased that there was no shortage of watermelons in the strong heat (I know from experience that this can be a problem). The shows were enjoyable, and of course, the staff's responsiveness.

I found the territory lacking, but I was prepared for this, and it cannot be fixed even beyond the city limits.

Perhaps I did not like the situation with bread: there was a lot of stale bread on the buffet, but mostly it was not fresh. What a pity. Maybe it's better to serve less, but fresher? And the croissants for breakfast were completely different from the usual standard, both in appearance and in taste.

And the towels in the rooms need refreshing. Once I found new towels left in my room. Apparently, their replacement has started, but essentially, the whole old towel stock in the rooms needs renewal.
