The hotel feels old and outdated. Any additional services such as WiFi and pool snacks come at an extra cost. We were on the 1st floor and it was noisy in the mornings. The WiFi, which is an additional paid service, is also of poor quality.

The hotel room I booked was not the same as described on booking. I had booked a room for 4 people with 1 living room, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. But we received one with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The hotel claimed it was a booking error since that type of room didn't exist in the hotel. It was a pure disappointment. We were told the hotel had its own beach in Ölüdeniz, which was not entirely true as they seemed to have borrowed part of the beach area from another hotel called Green Pine Beach. Sunshine only had a shuttle to the beach once at 11 am and back from the beach at 4 pm. I informed the reception that we preferred to drive there in our car and we were told we were welcome to do so. The distance from the hotel to the beach is 7 km and it took us 2.15 hours to drive there due to heavy traffic. Upon arrival, we found out we had to pay for parking and entrance to the beach because we arrived after 11 am. We were informed that it was forbidden to bring food and drinks as those had to be purchased from the hotel Sunshine borrowed the beach from; we were unaware of all this before arriving at the beach. It should also be noted that we had an all-inclusive stay. It is pure deception. We chose to return to Sunshine and cancel our stay, paying for the night we stayed. We do not recommend this place to anyone, very bad. The buffet is very poor. Everything seemed to have been compromised. Pure disappointment and a waste of our holiday. Never again. Several people had booked this place through booking and left with disappointment, canceling their booking.
