This charming city hotel, refurbished in 2010, enjoys a prime location in the city center, within walking distance of shops, cafés, restaurants, and the historic Kaleiçi district with its cobbled streets and quaint architecture. Antalya Airport is about 14 km away, and public transport is easily accessible.

Extremely Disappointing Experience

This was, without a doubt, one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.

During the extremely hot and humid Antalya weather, the air conditioning in our room was not working properly. When we reported the problem, the staff simply made excuses and told us that this was 'how it was,' without offering to change our room or provide any proper solution.

The hotel also looked very different from the photos advertised online. The furniture and equipment in the room were much older and more worn than expected. There was not even a chair in the room.

The refrigerator was also broken, which was particularly disappointing given the hot weather.

One of the most unbelievable things was that there were no proper blankets available. Instead, the hotel provided only a very thin piece of fabric. I specifically requested a blanket because I normally sleep with one and cannot sleep comfortably without it, but I was simply told that they did not have any blankets.

The breakfast was extremely poor and limited — essentially just cheese and eggs, with very little variety.

The body wash dispenser in the bathroom was completely empty, and when we informed the staff, nothing was done about it. There were also no toothbrushes or toothpaste provided.

Another major issue was the housekeeping service. The room was cleaned only once every three days, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel, especially considering the other problems we experienced.

Overall, the service, room condition, facilities and attitude of the staff were far below what we expected. The hotel did not meet even basic standards of comfort and hospitality.

A very disappointing experience, and unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Pleasant

The location is extremely convenient, situated near the city center.

Breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety of options. Skilled chef!

- Limited parking spaces in front of the hotel, we had to circle around multiple times to find an available spot.

- The air conditioner is too small for the large room (4 beds), making it take a long time to cool down the room.

- The door leading to the balcony cannot be fully closed and lacks soundproofing. It gets very noisy at night with vehicles passing by, making it difficult to sleep.

- The blankets are too thin and of very poor quality.

- There is poor lighting, especially in the corridor leading to all rooms.

Friendly staff but hotel is a bit old-fashioned

The bathroom is very small and there is nothing to store toiletries, the extractor fan made a lot of noise, and very little light in the bathroom. As for the triple room, it was not very big and lacked storage space

On the other hand, the bedding was good
