Big pool with slides, easy access to beach, food variety, nice hammam, many snacks available at pool, Kingdom bar, and beach snack bar.
The room is a bit old and small, especially with 2 kids. Room service comes to clean twice a week. The hotel is too crowded with too many guests. I have seen kids throwing sweets on the stairs that weren't cleaned for three days. The restaurant is chaotic with lines everywhere for everything. Entertainment is decent. The beach is the hotel's downside, as the sand is not clean and the water is filthy and unclear. In my opinion, this hotel is worth 4 stars.

Stayed 5 people-12 days. The food is varied menu. 10 out of 10. Staff 10 out of 10. Animation does not let you get bored, very diverse show program every day 10 out of 10.
