Beautifully located hotel with fantastic staff and delicious food, but with a few areas for improvement

• Hygiene & Cleaning: The rooms are super clean. The cleaning lady, Meral, is an absolute angel. Every day I was surprised with beautiful swans or hearts made of towels on the bed. You could immediately tell when she had a day off!

• Food & Drinks: The food in the main restaurant is truly delicious, and I rarely say that about hotel buffets. For the best coffee, you should visit the Coffee Corner. Here you can order all kinds of delicious coffee from Zilan and enjoy a beautiful view at the same time. This is truly the only place with good coffee.

• Outstanding Staff: Special mention to Ali (the small man with bright blue eyes at the hamburger and kebab stand). What a hard worker! Standing day in and day out in that extreme heat and still remain so friendly; very impressive. Also, Mrs. Lazzat from Guest Relations deserves praise: she is super professional, acts quickly, and is incredibly friendly.

• Guests: The hotel is filled with Russian and Ukrainian guests, although towards the end of my holiday, I also saw more Turkish guests.

• Room Facilities: I really missed a kettle with coffee and tea facilities in the room. As an early bird, I just want to enjoy a cup of coffee on my own balcony. Now I had to go to a bar or restaurant every morning for this.

• Pool & Beach: There is a significant shortage of beach and pool beds. The pool is always completely full, so you really have to be very early to get a spot.

• Entertainment: The animation team is certainly doing their best, but do not expect a daily spectacle. There is at most a show twice a week.

All in all, had a wonderful holiday, mainly thanks to the hard work of the staff.

Exceptional

A stunning place for a vacation! From the very first moment, the atmosphere of coziness and impeccable cleanliness charms. The room turned out to be incredibly comfortable, with a stunning view of the mountains from the window. The staff are true professionals, always friendly and ready to help with any request. The food is beyond praise: tasty, diverse, and served with heart. I was very pleased with the hotel's compliments! (Photo) Will definitely come back here again!

In general - great!

Everything was excellent! Food, beach on the first line, children's show, hotel territory.

There were some unclear situations at the reception regarding check-in due to poor communication among the staff or their systems. Had to figure it out.

Overall, it was very good value for money but I do not recommend seeking them out in the high season.

The hotel is clean with a sea view. There is a lot of staff working on the territory who constantly clean the area. Our room was cleaned daily. Smoking a hookah is allowed on the territory, but for an additional fee of at least 20 euros. The waiters are friendly but also for an additional fee.

Today there was a variety of entertainment program for guests staying. The hotel was booked through a booking, received a promised welcome drink 🥂

The breakfasts were the same every day, lunch repeated, dinners were different. There is a SPA salon, but for an additional fee, the services offered there are very persistent 🧣, I had a body coffee scrub, I liked it. Beach towels are available, but with plastic cards you get them upon check-in, however, after 14:00, towels are no longer provided. Also, towels can be exchanged daily. The restaurant Alla Carte was delicious, but there was nothing outstanding there 🥪

There are many sunbeds, but getting a free one sometimes was challenging since people would leave their towels on them and go from the beach, half of the sunbeds were always empty. It seemed like people took their towels and left 🥪

We stayed at the hotel at the end of June 2026, the hotel was overcrowded, but I cannot say that we lacked anything. There were enough drinks, food too, and alcohol was flowing like a river. Plenty of Russian-speaking staff, a bit harder to communicate in English 🧣

There was constant music playing near the pool, and the disco ended at midnight. You could go to a nearby nightclub with a free transfer at night, the entrance for hotel guests was free, a different club every day, even though they are close to each other. The music did not bother us, but the windows overlooked the pool area in the main building on the first line.

The hotel price was slightly higher, but it is understandable due to the peak season, everyone expects to relax, and demand is very high 😊

Every evening, the same music played at the disco, which became boring, I would recommend changing it. At the reception, we were assisted by a guy who did not speak English or Russian, he tried to help but was very confused. A leaflet is provided where you can learn how the hotel operates in general.

Overall, people who always complained did not like it anymore, constantly finding faults in everything. They were very loud until 4-5 in the morning with their columns and made a commotion throughout the hotel 🤦🏻‍♀️ Physically supporting their zest is not something everyone can do, they get tired, then write that something was missing. They cannot wait in line for more than 5 minutes when the wine runs out in the evening; they constantly mistreated the staff. (There were incidents)

Люди нагрібають повні тарілки їжі ніби живуть останній день🤦🏻‍♀️ відповідно фізично з'їсти це все не можуть, викидають, а потім пишуть, що чогось не вистачило. Не можуть почекати в черзі 5 хвилин, коли вино закінчилось на вечері, постійно грубили персоналу. (Були випадки)
