Relax in Bora-Bora

If you are going for the sea, then here is the place for you... Excellent sea in a 5-minute walk, fully edible balanced food and good rooms. For its 3 stars, this is an excellent price/quality combination. Nearby there are shops where you can buy everything you need, 20-30 minutes walk to the center or 10 minutes by bus, which stops 100 meters from the hotel. There are plenty of entertainment for all tastes and ages. And a life hack for you, the transfer through Booking is the cheapest to and from the airport, so you can't find it cheaper... Enjoy 😊
We stayed in two rooms, 308 and 104, and the double bed in room 104 was much softer))
Check it out, otherwise it will be too late 😊

Pleasant

Overall, we had a pleasant stay at our hotel. First of all, we would like to thank your smiling, helpful, and attentive staff. The hotel's public areas, garden, and surroundings were quite beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. Our room was generally clean and comfortable.
However, this year we experienced some disappointment compared to last year in some aspects. Especially, the door of the shower cabin in our room was broken, and this was quite disturbing during use. The fact that this issue was not resolved during our stay was a negative point for us.
We also expected more variety in terms of food. We do not expect there to be a meat dish every day, but we would have liked to see more different and diverse alternatives instead of having french fries served three times a day. The fruit options were also quite limited; mostly watermelon and melon. Unfortunately, especially the melon had no taste.
In terms of children's entertainment, we believe there was a serious lack of animation. There were almost no activities or entertainment programs for children. We would have liked to see a bit more options in this regard for families on vacation.
One of the most upsetting issues for us was the loss of our small bag that we left on the sunbed. We asked for help from the hotel staff to find the bag but unfortunately, we did not get any results. Not being able to find our bag and not getting any results on the matter left a bad impression on us at the end of our vacation.
We stayed at the same hotel last year and were more satisfied with our stay than last year's. Therefore, this year we felt that there was a regression in terms of quality and service in some aspects.
Nevertheless, we thank you for the beautiful hotel area, cleanliness, and especially the smiling staff. We hope our feedback will be taken into account and the guest experience will be further improved in the upcoming season.
