OzanNice hotel but I'm not sure if it's worth the price. There must be better options for this price.
The staff was very good, very helpful.
The red meat was very bad, we couldn't eat at all. The room cleaning was very poor, we stayed for a week and the sheets were changed only once, madam. Despite putting a note saying 'I want cleaning' on the door, cleaning was not done, we had to go and tell them.
GhaithVery helpful reception on the first night; the room AC was not working. They tried to fix it but couldn't. Eventually, they gave me a new room.
Enjoyed the entertainment team and the pizza.
Guest relations Onur and Sana arranged an a la carte dinner for me, even though my reservation was only for 4 nights. There was one time I missed dinner but was hungry; Ahmed and the chef prepared a plate for me, which made me happy.
There was no air conditioning in the corridor.
