The hotel convinces with quality and hospitality in all areas:

- Main restaurant with diverse, delicious food and highest hygiene standards,

- The 24/7 restaurant - open around the clock and a real highlight,

- Reception always professional, friendly, and solution-oriented,

- Pools spotlessly clean and well-maintained,

- Room cleaning without any problems - the rooms are perfectly clean upon first entry and thoroughly cleaned daily.

The Turkish cuisine is particularly rich: from traditional classics to modern variations. Guests with special needs - whether vegan or with allergies - receive individual menus. Even with restrictions such as the renunciation of olive oil, a tailor-made menu is immediately offered.

For families, there are two highlights:

- The Aqua Park - entertaining, safe, and designed with much love for children.

- The Kids Club - with varied activities, much attention, and warm care, so that the little ones are well taken care of.

The guest service is professional and multilingual: German, English, Italian, Russian ensure that international guests feel well taken care of. A special thanks goes to Mrs. Müge, the guest manager, who is there for the guests with heart and competence. Guests also appreciate Mr. Enver, a polite gentleman, who with his experience and language skills contributes to guests immediately feeling welcome - subtly but noticeably in the service. An absolutely wonderful resort! Everything about our stay was perfect. The resort features an amazing number of swimming pools and fun water games. It is also located right next to the sea, making beach access incredibly easy. The food was highly diverse with plenty of delicious options, and the cleanliness of the entire property was top-notch. Most importantly, the customer service was outstanding. A special, heartfelt thank you to Ayfer and Ali for their exceptional hospitality and for making our stay so memorable!

It was a positive experience, a big shout out to Perlin, she is exceptional, she made our stay so pleasant, she is a valuable addition to that resort, she resolved every issue we had.

Please change your shower head, it frustrated me. Apart from that, your resort is fantastic, there is so much to do, my kids had fun.

The hotel itself is in excellent condition, recently renovated and very well-maintained. There are plenty of fantastic dining options and activities.

Despite the high-quality amenities, the children's slides were only operational for 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon due to the high number of guests during the peak season, making it impossible to enjoy them. The most concerning issue was the lack of English-speaking staff or staff with very limited English proficiency. It seemed as though they assumed all guests were from the same country, which could be extremely disrespectful. The staff should definitely devise a system to ensure fair use of facilities. My children and I patiently waited in line for every attraction, but due to the disorder, my kids were repeatedly skipped by other children. This even happened during meal times, with some families from a specific country cutting the queue during breakfast, lunch and dinner. The same lack of respect for queues was observed at the buggy and other facilities. This significantly impacted our overall positive impression of the hotel and has deterred us from considering a return visit.
