Friendly staff
Dirty, food not tasty, poor breakfasts. Checked into a stuffy room, then changed to a lower quality room without extra charge, then relocated to a better room when complained about. The worst 'five-star' experience. Although in reality, it's a maximum of three stars by feeling. Only two bottles of water in the minibar. The path to the sea smells of mold.
