The resort is clean, with a location close to the ski slopes and many clean pools, as well as water games that are enjoyable for children.
The kids club is fantastic, open for long hours, with great activities and the supervisors are excellent with special qualifications and Modina👍
The staff, especially Meva and Sudenaz, have excellent customer relations and are available for assistance at all times.
The housekeeping, especially Aysel, is very friendly and available at all times.
The water games close at certain hours during the day and close finally at 5 PM, despite that the west closes at 8 PM.

Excellent hotel for the money. The food is diverse, but I stayed for three nights. Probably, for 7-10 days it would have been boring. Alcohol is not only local. There is daily entertainment for children and adults. Friendly staff. A 10-minute walk to Lend of Legends.
