General condition of the hotel. The hotel is quite worn out.

Got sick, hotel staff not willing to help

The seaside location is stunning

I fell ill due to a faulty air conditioning unit set to maximum freezing.

When I raised the issue of the malfunctioning air conditioning in my room with reception, they mocked me and said "I don't know, maybe open a window or something, would you like a blanket?"

They then proceeded to argue that this is the standard setting for all their air conditioning units and how the hotel was designed.

If you are a couple seeking a mediocre experience, this hotel is acceptable.

For families with children, staying in this hotel seems to pose a health risk for your child.

On occasions, the bed sheets and towels were unclean. The buffet and food service did not commence on time, at times delayed by 30 minutes.

The quality of service provided by bartenders varies significantly from one individual to another.

There are alternative hotels located on the same beach, opt for them instead

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this hotel and cherished every moment.

The team members were extremely friendly, hospitable, and always eager to assist. We felt genuinely looked after from the minute we arrived, and the friendly service enhanced our holiday experience.

The room was spotless, cosy, and well looked after. The cuisine was delightful, offering a wide range of dishes that exceeded our expectations.

Thank you for ensuring we felt welcome and for establishing such a delightful ambiance. We will reminisce about this journey fondly and would gladly return. We highly recommend this hotel to those seeking a peaceful and gratifying getaway!
