NehaLovely holiday. Kids had a great time. Will not return due to the service and not feeling like a 5-star hotel.
Spacious, good facilities.
Not as luxurious as other 5-star resorts.
Food was repetitive and service in the restaurants, bars and buffet was inattentive.
Check-in process was lengthy and I waited so long for my bags to be brought up to my room that I went and got them myself.
Missing the level of service that most 5-star resorts I have stayed in have.
AysemetVERY VERY SATISFIED. THE CHILDREN LOVED THE POOLS. The pools were cleaned every day.
Everything was very good. the staff, the reception (we were contacted 3 times to make sure everything was going well), the entertainers, the catering staff as well as the meal service personnel.
We were very very happy with our stay.

The hotel is literally 20 minutes by taxi from the airport. The service operates like clockwork, always ready to help, creating a WhatsApp group to solve any questions or book a table at the restaurant for dinner!
The Italian restaurant is beyond praise. Dinner is simply outstanding!
The main restaurant offers a variety of dishes, with a new dish of the day every evening, so people's complaints about the food are not very clear.
You can visit a cabana (we visited one on the beach) where the service is top-notch!
Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay at this hotel!
