Perfect 🤍
It was a vacation as one would wish - from check-in to check-out - rarely can you find such friendly and helpful staff. The food, the room, the service, everything was perfect in my eyes.
The occupying of pool loungers has room for improvement. Here, one should orient oneself to the concept of "Mein Schiff". On loungers with a towel, but visibly unused, a card is placed, and if it is still there after half an hour or an hour, the lounger is cleared. This way, everyone has the possibility of getting a pool lounger. Many people occupy pool loungers and beach loungers at the same time. All loungers that no one is sitting on until 7:30 am are cleared. Loungers are reserved before 7:30 am, even though no one is there yet. One should either enforce this or not even implement the rule with 7:30 am if no one adheres to it.

Very good 8
Good hotel with the potential to have a great vacation if changes are made!
The beach is very nice, with comfy sunbeds, you can order drinks from the menu on the app, service is fast (Omer was very pleasant). There are some rocks in the water but you can avoid them. The hotel is very nice and clean with a great garden and entertainment. Drinks are of very good quality. If you want, you can request soft drinks in the can. Beer in the bottle Budweiser and Becks, Efes on draught. Good quality ice cream. The pool foam party was excellent. Accommodation service was very good, the housekeeping lady took care of the room very well. The minibar was replenished swiftly, the air conditioning was working very well, the wifi was working very well all over the property. The hotel has the potential to be one of the best with some changes. When I booked, I had very high expectations due to the reviews I read. I told my family that the hotel would be top-notch and the best we have stayed at, but was somewhat a let down as it did not match the reviews.
I want to start by saying that I have been working in the hospitality business for over 25 years (Princess Cruises) and this is constructive feedback, not a complaint.
In my opinion, the letdowns of the hotel come from the fact that management and middle management do not interact at all with guests. I observed the staff, and not even once did I see one of the different departments' management ask the guests about their experience and satisfaction. Instead, they all look grumpy, never say hi, and only talk between themselves.
The coffee was very bad, you need to change the brand you use. Segafredo is very bad, tasting stale and rancid. Also, you need to change the coffee machines, the automatic ones you use cannot make good coffee. Use semi-automatic ones like you have in the patisserie. There, the baristas are great and know how to make good coffee, but the coffee beans are the problem. The worst coffee is in the lobby, that machine needs maintenance immediately, and all the machines need to be cleaned and calibrated often, and taste the coffee after that. For a coffee drinker, it is very important to have good coffee as that kickstarts your day, and not being able to have good coffee in a 5-star hotel is unacceptable.
The beer offer is very weak, I don't like Budweiser or Becks, I like Efes but you only have it on tap, which is great. However, because they don't clean the beer lines, beer tastes bad due to the yeast interacting with oxygen. Beer lines should be cleaned at least every 2 days. Because of all this, I could not have beer neither on the beach nor in the bars, except in the room where you provide Efes in the can. All of these are easy fixes but they affect guest satisfaction.
Most of the bartenders, not the waiters, act like they are doing you a favor when they serve you, not friendly at all.
The biggest let down was the fact that I could not have a steak in the entire resort, including the À la Carte restaurants. I wouldn't mind being charged extra in À la Carte restaurants but having a proper steak.
